Haman Plots to Kill the Jews

Today I read Esther 3 which introduces us to one of the most evil men in all the scriptures, Haman.  Haman is the king's right hand man and for no reason other than he hates the Jews and Mordecai in particular, conspires to kill them all.  I have a hard time wrapping my head around wanting kill a single person I could not even imagine wanting to kill an entire race of people, but that is what Haman is conspiring to do and again, for no reason other than the guard Mordecai does not show him the respect he thinks he deserves.  I would certainly hate to be him on Judgment day.  Until tomorrow.
